To request a proof, please fill out the appropriate form below AND send your photos to photos@hellobabydesigns.com. Please include all of your design requests and photo editing requests in the email. Your proof will not be made until all photos are received.

PHOTOS:
Please do not crop or edit your photos yourself. In the same email, explain how you would like each photo edited and whether you would like the photo enhanced- lightened, darkened, color-tinted, changed to sepia or black and white, blemish removal, etc. If you have specific questions about photo enhancement, feel free to email me at info@hellobabydesigns.com at any time.
Digital Cameras: Please take the photo at resolution of 1800 X 1200 pixels.
Scanners: Please scan your photos at a minimum of 300 dpi. 600 dpi is preferable.
Professional Photos: If your photos were taken by a photographer, a release from that photographer is necessary to process your order.
PROOFING:
After emailing your photos, you will receive your proof in 48–72 hours for a design chosen from the gallery. Please allow an additional 48 hours if you would like a design created just for you.
I want you to be very pleased and proud of your product, so you are allowed to proof and revise your product as many times as necessary for you to be 100% satisfied!.
Corrections/modifications on proofs will be made within 24-48 hours. Once you submit your final proof and your product is set out to print, corrections cannot be made. You will receive your order in the mail within 7-10 days.
